RipNet is the main Internet Service provider in the Brockville/Smiths Falls area. The design was created by a business associate, graphic designer Barry Hart of "What if Graphics." Heritage signs then manufactured the signs by sandblasting laminated cedar and hand painting the details. The signs hang at both the Brockville and Smiths Falls offices.
