The crest on the wall above the Mayor's seat in Brockville City Council chambers was created on canvas in 1921. Council decided it was time to retire it to the city museum and create something a little more prestigeous. Heritage
Signs replecated the spirit of the original artwork (handpainted). A combination of routering, hand carving and smalting resulted in a finished product that had council members awestruck. A special dedication ceremony
was held in council chambers with Keith Heine and Herb Heine as special guests.
