The Recorder and Times is Ontario's Oldest continually published daily newspaper. Recently The Recorder and Times has relocated to a new plant in the city of Brockville's Industrial Park. Our challenge was to recreate their entire front page banner into a 30 foot long sign for the new building. The letters were routered and applied to marine plywood. The clock tower was also machine routered. The balance of the sign was hand painted with the background of sky and trees hand illustrated. The sign was designed in 3 pieces and installed using two bucket trucks. Staff and management of The Recorder and Times are extremely proud of their new sign.
